DAY 1

Labuan Bajo – Lembor – Denge – Wae Rebo Village

Your adventure begins with a morning pick-up from Komodo Airport or your hotel in Labuan Bajo. Drive south through the scenic countryside, passing the vast Lembor Rice Fields, one of the largest rice-producing areas in Flores. Continue the journey toward Denge Village while enjoying panoramic mountain views and traditional villages along the way. After lunch at a local restaurant, begin a 2–3 hour trek through the tropical rainforest to the remote village of Wae Rebo. The trekking trail offers fresh mountain air, beautiful forest scenery, and spectacular viewpoints. Upon arrival, receive a traditional Manggarai welcome ceremony before exploring the iconic Mbaru Niang cone-shaped houses. Meet the local community and learn about their unique culture and traditions.

DAY 2

Wae Rebo – Denge – Spider Web Rice Field – Ruteng

Wake up to the peaceful atmosphere of Wae Rebo surrounded by misty mountains. After breakfast, enjoy free time to take photographs before trekking back to Denge Village. Continue the drive to Ruteng with a stop at the famous Cancar Spider Web Rice Field (Lingko), a unique rice field divided into spider-web patterns based on traditional Manggarai land distribution. Arrive in Ruteng in the afternoon. Explore the cool mountain town before checking into your hotel.

DAY 3

Ruteng – Aimere – Bena Traditional Village – Bajawa

After breakfast, depart for Bajawa through the beautiful highlands of Flores. Stop in Aimere Village to observe the traditional production of Arak, a local palm liquor made using traditional methods. Continue to Bena Traditional Village, one of the oldest and best-preserved Ngada villages in Flores. Explore the ancient megalithic stones, traditional houses, and learn about the customs that have been preserved for generations. Before reaching Bajawa, enjoy spectacular views of Mount Inerie, the highest volcano in the Ngada region.

DAY 4

Bajawa – Soa Hot Spring – Blue Stone Beach – Moni

Breakfast at the hotel before visiting Soa Natural Hot Spring, where you can relax in naturally heated mineral pools surrounded by tropical forest. Continue east toward Moni with a stop at the unique Blue Stone Beach near Ende. The beach is famous for its naturally polished blue and green stones created by volcanic activity over thousands of years. After lunch, continue the scenic drive to Moni Village, located at the foot of Kelimutu National Park.

DAY 5

Kelimutu National Park – Ende

Depart early in the morning (around 04.00 AM) to Kelimutu National Park to witness one of Indonesia's most spectacular sunrises. Walk approximately 30 minutes from the parking area to the viewpoint overlooking the famous three-colored crater lakes. Each lake changes color naturally due to volcanic mineral reactions, making every visit unique. After enjoying sunrise and exploring the viewpoints, return to the hotel for breakfast before continuing to Ende. If time permits, visit local markets or historical sites in Ende before checking into your hotel.
